Like Jaime told me, when has the "right" choice ever been right for me?

It has been a fun and towards the end, miserable ride but it's time to go.

I can do this. I know I can handle whatever crazy comes from making this choice.

Book 5: sTORI Telling

My 5th book, and this one set a record for the year, was sTORI Telling by Tori Spelling.

I bought it and finished it yesterday.

I have been watching "Tori and Dean: Inn Love" on Oxygen. I don't do reality TV but there is something about them that catches my attention. I believe they are adorable together and look really in love. Their son Liam is a cutie pie. I had watched first episode of season 3 where she talks a little bit about her book. Earlier in the year, she was in San Francisco on a book tour. Being bored yesterday, I stopped by Borders, armed with my 25% coupon and bought it.

Like I said, I finished it in one day! She's is so funny and she has a way with words. She wrote so much in there, especially about her home life. Her relationship with her mother, or I should say, lack of, how she really was a daddy's girl, those ugly dolls she would get for her birthday every year and not allowed to play with them, the rumors about "Brenda" were true and the rest of the cast of 90210 were really great friends to each other.

She wrote about some of her relationships, like the abusive boyfriend. He was more verbal then physical but I can relate to that. She wrote about her first husband and why she married him for all the wrong reasons. He was a good guy and she'd never dated good guys. I love the part of how she met her current husband ex wife.

She's a really hard worker as well. She tried so hard not to let her last name or who is was related to her get in her way but it was more of a curse then a blessing. I didn't realize she had a huge part in Scary Movie 2 but they cut her out.

She seems so down to earth and truthful in this book. Her humor that I see on her TV show came out in her words. I was reading snippets out loud to Jaime. He enjoyed them too. If you have ever been curious about her, I do suggest getting the book. It's a good read.

WALL•E Superbowl Spot (in theaters June 27, 2008)

I saw the movie yesterday and it was so freaking adorable!! It was such a cute movie and it sends out a message too! Wall E and his pet roach were very sweet and his meeting of Eve was really well done. The short was cute too. All I have to say is never mess with a hungry rabbit!!

WATCH IT!!

Book 4: Kamikaze Girls

Kamikaze Girls (Novel-Paperback)

The story about a Lolita and a Yanki meeting and becoming "friends." The book was translated in English and released in Japan back in 2005, I believe.

I first discovered this as a movie. It was showing at the local small cinema in Japanese subbed in English. I later found the book and manga at borders.

It was all and all, a really cute book. I loved it better then movie. It's pretty much about two girls from the same neighborhood who met when Momoko (The Lolita) is selling fake clothing to make money. Ichigo (The Yanki) comes by to buy and they start to hang out or more like Ichigo keeps coming by and Momoko tells her to go home. They learn to understand each other and start to slowly accept who they are, a girl who dresses in frilly clothes and a girl who is tough biker chick!

Why hello there Goodwill!!

Jaime found it for me at Goodwill for 50 BUCKS!! It works and everything. There are no scratches on the disc, the guitar looks new, and it had the back to hold the wiimote and the strap.

I played a little of Guitar Hero 2 when my brother borrows it but never picked it up. This is so much fun! Been playing since last night night. I'm in at one today but got up early to get some songs in. My band name is Mirror Trip in honor of Alice in Wonderland.

Corny but I'm having a blast with it.

She poured the ingredients, I mixed, I added the drops of food coloring, she mixed, she then filled the cupcake liners, and I dumped in the oven.

Taiko no Tatsujin DS: Touch de Dokodon and My DS Lite!

I bought both Taiko no Tatsujin DS: Touch de Dokodon and Taiko no Tatsujin DS: Touch de Dokodon 2. I bought the first game at Wonder Con from Pink Godzilla booth. the 2nd game came from a booth during Fanime.

If you've played the PS2 version, then it's the same concept.

You get two stylus, one in red and one in blue. In case you haven't played the PS2 game, you just watch the screen and every time a red face goes by, you hit the middle of the drum. When a blue face goes by, you hit the "side" or in the DS case the top of the drum.

You get a nice selection of music. They range from Jpop, Classical, Game theme, Anime, Kid music, etc. You also can unlock more songs and get outfits to dress your Taiko in. In the first game she's in a dress. In the second one, she's a panda.

You get mail when you either earn a new song, a new outfit, or just a random something. Sadly, I can't read any of it so I'm probally missing out on some fun stuff!

You are meant to play with both stylus. I did a video where you can play with just one. When you see a big face, you're meant to hit with both stylus. Again, it is doable with one. It was a great time killer when I was on greyhound going to and from Fanime. I also play during my lunch hour. I love the music that was chosen. I find myself singing along or bopping my head if I'm hearing the song for the first time.

Taiko for DS Lite

Woot! Video added!! So pretty much, you have the red and blue stylus. You use the red, when the red face comes by and the blue when the blue face come by. You use both stylus when the face are larger. Since I'm holding the camera, I'm only playing with one stylus but hopefully you get the idea. I also picked a really easy song since I'm holding the camera and playing on my bed. You'll see also me going into the mail, messing with the closet, and changing the options to easy (flower), Med, (the bush), and hard (the tree).

Just to share a photo of my DS Lite. It goes around in style! I can't get enough of stylus. I have a lot more. I even got the different color set that Nintendo was giving you when you registered Brain Age. I missed out on the Link feather one. Yoshi carries some of my games, the big bow is the case that is protecting my baby and the purse is where everything gets put in.
