The title has NOTHING to do with this post.
First off, I HAVE PHOTOS OF DISNEYLAND!!
Jaime & I were only there for a day because we greyhounded back on Sunday so no point in getting a 2 day pass. Jaime did have 3 one day hoppers so we used those. I didn't take that many photos because we were busy running around & since Lilli knows Disney like the back of her hand, there was no time to stop.
First off we have our score on the Toy Story Mania Ride, Jaime trying to pull out the Sword in the Stone, and me meeting with the Fairy Godmother in front of the castle. Also, Sleeping Beauty's Castle has re open and I went through it TWICE. I loved being able to walk through it and see the story and was so bummed when they closed it down. =( Thank you Disneyland for re opening it!
BUT I was pissed for most of the morning at them. They offer a payment plan for the Annual Passports and I was like (IALKJDLKJIRUIORUW*(!!! I need a payment plan! I called their ticket line and they said as long as I am a California resident, I can do the payment plan!
It's only for Southern Cali residents. I was PISSED!! Why only So Cal? I'm only an hour plane ride away!! I go so much!! Of course, none of the cast members were helpfully. The girl at the window took all my info, saw my CA ID said SAN FRANCISCO California, had me all excited and then was like, "Oh wait, only So Cal." CRUSHED! Disney, you FAILED ME!! Why do So Cal get all the cool stuff? Just because they are closer to you? Also you need better cast members.
Moving on... I bought shoes for my doll! Some one on ebay had Jack from Nightmare Before Christmas sneakers. I bought them. I also got a pair with stars on them. They were really cheap. Only 2 bucks each pair. They shipped from Hong Kong but it got to me quick. Also, at Disneyland, I stopped by Build a Bear to get something for the bear Jaime made me last year. They had mouse ears!! They had a Princess one and a Pirate one. I had to buy them. ( I didn't like this year's Mouse Ears. T_T) They actually fit on my doll head. Yes, Blythe have huge heads but damn!
The Princess Mouse Ears, The Black with Star sneakers, & the Jack sneakers. I already put them on her.
Last but not least, new desktop screen shot! I love the Ice Cream icons. I found them on deviant art.

I spent the day in bed doing random things, like watching movies, going through my TiVO, e-mails, etc.
I spent the time writing letters to a couple of pen pals, mailing out some Valentine's Day cards to my friends and blog buddies that PM me their address, and working on birthday gifts for a livejournal group I'm in.
I love writing letters and of course, receiving them. It makes me happy getting something in my mail box that isn't a bill. I have 5 pen pals. 3 from Japan, 1 from Germany, and 1 from NZ.
I also love sending out gifts. They may not be expensive or big but I will put my heart into them. One I worked one, I made address label for a girl with Batgirl and Alice on them. She mentioned they were her favorite. Also, she mentioned she likes to pen pal so it works and I'm sending her some stationary because lord know I have tons.
I also designed more address labels. I made more of the tiny ones and then made a set of larger labels when I'm sending out a package. I made a bunch of themes like Wall E & Eve, Alice, Harley Quinn, Belle, etc.
I bought a dress for Adora and while back. It's actually the outfit from Can Can Cat doll. Someone on the TiB forums was selling the dress and ears. I'm missing the bloomers, boots, and stockings but I can always get off brand for those. I wish they sold the outfit of the dolls separately. There are a few whose outfits I love but can't justify buying a doll just for the outfit.
I probably could turn around and sell the nude doll but I don't want to deal with it. Also, it's not like I have an extra 100 bucks lying around to be investing it.
If I did, I wouldn't owe my credit cards!!
I got her about 3 weeks ago but I've been so busy I haven't posted a photo!
She's the Prima Dolly Violettina doll. I named her Adora. She got some crazy wild hair that I need to figure out how to tame. I bought some re-ment items from Double Punch. I got a pink suit case and a passport from the box. The My Melody purse was actually one of the tiny little things Sanrio puts on your bag.
She has a couple of outfits already. I'm broke so I can't spare any money for a while. I had to wait on buying Christmas gifts for people.
Before I got her, I won a Barbie closet off of ebay. It's beat up, yellowed and nasty. I've cleaned it and plan on spray painting it. I found spray paint that works for plastic. No need for sanding it.
I can't wait to work on it.

I do have to deal with a ebay seller though. I won an auction and he/she claims it went out on the 6th. I paid $10 bucks in shipping for the item and then the seller tells me it went out parcel post.

He/She claims that it was $10.13 in shipping cost. A Barbie play closet is that heavy? It cost $10.13 with parcel shipping?

I have found my Blythe!! She's Primadollie Violetina. I was on the TiB forums and I had seen the artist drawings of the three girls and I was loving Violetina but I wanted to see an actual photo of the doll. The photos were finally released and I said YES!
I pre ordered her on Hobby Link Japan. I was hoping that Double Punch would be getting her but the guy had no clue at all. I'm gonna ask the owner next time I see him. If they are getting her, I'm gonna cancel my order. It'll save me on shipping and having to wait for her.
I bought a dress and pj set for her already. One of the girls on the TiB had posted an ad she was having a buy one, get one free. I've also been searching on ebay looking for Barbie furniture. I want to build a doll house.
I'm such a geek.
I've already named her. Jaime's laughing at me but he sports me. He does question that I'm gonna start saying "she," "her," and things like "Oh, she won't like wearing that."
I love him anyways.
I have gotten into the world of Blythe.
I've seen them for a while but never picked any up. While searching around for BJD, I always came across them. Trying to save for my doll was pointless so I decided to try for Blythe dolls. They seem to be more in my price range.
While searching for more info, I came across a doll and have fallen in love. She's called Precocious Candy Mushroom.Of course, she turned out to be a little bit more then normal. I found her on one site for 160.00. Eep! I did a search on Ebay and found one for under $100. I doubt I'll win the auction but its' worth a try. I love her hair color. It's so red! The outfit is adorable. I want to buy her different outfits! I feel like a 7 year old!
So far, I am winning. ^_^
They also make smaller size Blythes. They are about 4" -5" if I'm correct. The regular sized ones are about 12" in length. The toy store next to Jaime's house have some of the Petite Blythes. The one I want is called Miss Sally Rice.
She has lavender hair and her outfit is adorable. I have to wait till Friday to get her. It's payday!! Even the Petite dolls are expensive. They go for 20+
They had one left in the store yesterday. I hope they haven't sold her yet. I'm not doing Black Friday so I'm sleeping in and then I'm heading downstairs to pick her up.
Have I mentioned that this is the first Black Friday I won't be working? I'm gonna be off for 4 full days. I don't know what to do with myself.

I did buy a toy. I saw these cute BBZ vinyl toys. They are surprise box so you don't know which one you will get.
I got this one. She's really cute. She has chicks all over. I told Jaime it works because my mother calls me Pollo which is Spanish for Chick.
